Vertical Recruitment is partnering with a well-established national consultancy who are looking for a Chartered Building Surveyor to join their growing London team. Due to continued expansion and a strong pipeline of secured work, they are open to MRICS qualified surveyors at Chartered, Senior, or Associate level.
The role
- Delivering a full range of Building Surveying services across historic and listed buildings
- Working on Grade II and other heritage assets within a managed estate portfolio
- Acting as a key client contact, collaborating with asset managers, estates teams and external consultants
- Providing clear, commercially focused advice while respecting conservation and heritage requirements
About you
- Experience within consultancy building surveying
- Heritage or listed building experience is advantageous but not essential
- A genuine interest in working within the heritage sector
- Strong client-facing skills and commercial awareness
