Vertical Recruitment is partnering with a well-established national consultancy who are looking for a Chartered Building Surveyor to join their growing London team. Due to continued expansion and a strong pipeline of secured work, they are open to MRICS qualified surveyors at Chartered, Senior, or Associate level.

The role

  • Delivering a full range of Building Surveying services across historic and listed buildings
  • Working on Grade II and other heritage assets within a managed estate portfolio
  • Acting as a key client contact, collaborating with asset managers, estates teams and external consultants
  • Providing clear, commercially focused advice while respecting conservation and heritage requirements

About you

  • Experience within consultancy building surveying
  • Heritage or listed building experience is advantageous but not essential
  • A genuine interest in working within the heritage sector
  • Strong client-facing skills and commercial awareness
