Key Responsibilities
- Lead the successful delivery of major quantity surveying and commercial management commissions
- Develop and strengthen relationships with key infrastructure, utilities, nuclear, and energy clients

- Identify and secure new project opportunities and repeat business
- Provide leadership, mentoring, and support to commercial and project teams
- Manage commercial performance, fee forecasting, and profitability across commissions
- Support annual business planning and growth strategies
- Deliver expert commercial advice across complex NEC contract environments
- Ensure high standards of governance, risk management, and project delivery
- Contribute toward the long-term leadership and growth of the regional business
About You
We are seeking an experienced and ambitious commercial leader with a strong background in infrastructure, energy, utilities, nuclear, or process sectors. You will ideally have:
- Significant experience within Quantity Surveying and commercial management
- Proven leadership experience at Associate Director or Director level
- Strong business development and client relationship management capability
- Extensive experience across infrastructure, utilities, energy, nuclear, civils, or process environments
- Excellent understanding of NEC3/NEC4 contracts
- MRICS qualification preferred
- Strong commercial awareness and strategic thinking capability
- Experience leading and developing teams within consultancy environments
- The ability to win work, develop accounts, and support long-term growth
- A proactive, collaborative, and ambitious leadership style
