We’re on the lookout for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a global consultancy that’s big enough to secure exciting projects, yet small enough in culture to feel like a close knit, supportive team. Based in Birmingham or Stoke, you’ll take the commercial lead on high-profile new build industrial and logistics schemes for a key client - shaping projects from the very start right through to completion.
The Role
You’ll cover the full project lifecycle - from early feasibility and cost planning, through procurement, contract administration, and final accounts. Experience with JCT contracts is essential, and if you’ve also worked on Design & Build projects or acted as Employer’s Agent, that’s a real bonus. More than anything, we’re looking for someone who can work closely with clients, build trust, and keep projects commercially on track.
