A well-established multidisciplinary consultancy is looking for an experienced Associate Electrical Engineer to join their MEP team in Birmingham. This role offers the opportunity to lead high-profile design projects across multiple sectors while mentoring junior engineers and managing project teams.
Role highlights:
- Lead electrical building services design across RIBA stages, from concept to detailed design
- Manage MEP design teams and oversee project delivery
- Mentor and support junior team members
- Liaise with architects, structural engineers, surveyors, and contractors
- Ensure all designs meet legislative and health & safety requirements
- Use CAD and Revit (BIM) software to develop system layouts and documentation
- Attend client meetings and represent the MEP discipline professionally
