The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the delivery of cost management and Quantity Surveying services across multiple projects and sectors.
- Work closely with senior leadership to shape and implement strategic growth plans.
- Manage, mentor, and develop a growing team of Quantity Surveyors.
- Play an active role in business development and work-winning activities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and stakeholders.
- Ensure high standards of technical delivery, reporting, and client service.
- Oversee pre- and post-contract activities, including cost planning, tendering, valuations, and final accounts.
- Contribute to operational planning, resource management, and business performance monitoring.

- Ideally MRICS qualified, with significant post-chartership experience.
