Role & Responsibilities
The Electrical Associate Engineer will be expected to manage the delivery of high-quality electrical services design packages across all stages of the design development process. Your responsibilities will include:
- To contribute to resource management and planning.
- To contribute to business development activity.
- To represent the company at an executive level and promote our core values at stakeholder engagement meetings and the local professional network.
- To support the board of directors with the growth and technical development of the regional business.
- To support your direct reports and peer group through collaboration and knowledge sharing.
- To identify opportunities for further personal development and advancement.
About You:
- Demonstrable experience within a similar or relevant working environment at a management level.
- An understanding of the commercial and technical management of service delivery.
- Demonstrable people and communication skills.
- An understanding of current and emerging market trends.
- Degree level academic qualifications or equivalent.
- Chartership status with the Engineering Council or equivalent.
- A genuine passion for the built environment.
- Full membership of a relevant professional institution.
