Job Advert – Senior Revit MEP Technician (Contract) Location: Warrington Rate : Competitive Outside IR35 We’re working with a successful MEP design and build contractor specialising in the Food Production and Pharmaceutical sectors. Due to continued growth, they have an immediate requirement for a Senior Revit MEP Technician to join their team on a contract basis. You’ll be part of a dedicated in-house design department, working closely with Mechanical, HVAC and Electrical engineers to deliver coordinated and efficient solutions for high-profile clients. The Role * Producing and coordinating detailed Revit MEP models and drawings * Supporting engineers across Mechanical, Electrical and HVAC disciplines * Ensuring designs meet client specifications, project standards and industry regulations * Collaborating with the wider team to deliver projects on time and to the highest standard About You * Proven experience as a Revit MEP Technician, ideally at Senior level * Strong background in Mechanical, HVAC and Electrical design coordination * Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative design team * Previous experience within the Food Production or Pharmaceutical sector would be advantageous
