The Role
As a Principal Structural Engineer, you will lead the design and delivery of structural engineering projects from concept through to completion, managing project teams and acting as a trusted technical advisor to clients. You will be responsible for mentoring engineers, maintaining high technical standards, and supporting the continued growth of the structural engineering team.

- Lead the structural design and delivery of Data Centre projects across the UK and internationally.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring quality, programme and commercial objectives are achieved.
- Produce and review structural calculations, reports and specifications.
