Principal Electrical Engineer Vertical Recruitment is working with a privately owned multi-disciplinary consulting engineering practice that delivers MEP and low-carbon engineering solutions across the UK and internationally. With a strong reputation for sustainability-led design, they work across key sectors including healthcare, education, residential, commercial, industrial and pharmaceutical. They’re now opening a brand-new Manchester office and looking for a Principal Electrical Engineer to join them as a founding member. This is a rare opportunity to help shape a new regional team from the ground up — setting the culture, leading projects, building relationships and mentoring others. The Opportunity This role is perfect for a Senior or Principal Engineer looking to take the next step in their career with more ownership, autonomy and impact. You’ll play a hands-on role in delivering technically challenging and meaningful projects, supporting junior staff, and building relationships with new and existing clients across the North West.
