They're looking for a proactive Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their Manchester team and contribute to a diverse portfolio of projects spanning traditional new builds, refurbishments, and reinstatement works for damaged buildings.
This is your chance to step into a dynamic, client-facing role where you'll manage exciting projects, build strong relationships, and lead on all aspects of pre- and post-contract Cost Management services.
Responsibilities
- Drive cost management: From preparation of cost plans and tender documents to cash flow forecasting and financial control.
- Advise with confidence: Offer strategic insights on procurement, contracts, and risk management.
- Collaborate and deliver: Manage post-contract changes, benchmark projects, and ensure clients receive top-tier service.
What We’re Looking For
- A degree-qualified Quantity Surveyor (or similar technical discipline) with at least 4 years of technical delivery experience.
- Ideally, RICS or MRICS qualified or actively working towards professional membership.
- Strong stakeholder management skills and a passion for building client relationships.
- A team player who’s flexible, ambitious, and enthusiastic.
