With a growing presence in Manchester, they’re now looking to appoint a Senior Quantity Surveyor to support continued growth across a strong pipeline of leisure, refurbishment, and commercial projects. Schemes range from complex refurbishments through to large-scale commercial developments, offering real variety and technical challenge. The Role You’ll lead the commercial delivery of projects from feasibility and cost planning through to final account, providing clear cost advice and ensuring value, control, and confidence for clients at every stage.
