Our client, a highly regarded multi-disciplinary Construction Consultancy, is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their thriving Commercial team in Warrington. Renowned for their expertise in Logistics, Industrial, and Warehouse projects, as well as their work in the Education and Commercial sectors, they deliver schemes ranging from £50,000 to £150 million in value. With a strong presence across the Northwest, they have built an excellent reputation and are looking for a skilled Senior Quantity Surveyor with JCT Design and Build experience to lead and deliver their impressive portfolio of projects.

About the Role

This role focuses on Logistics, Industrial, and Warehouse developments, working on high-value, fast-paced projects. As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will take the lead in delivering cost management services and providing strategic advice to ensure the successful completion of complex schemes.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Estimating and Cost Planning
  • Procurement Advice
  • Acting as Employer’s Agent
  • Preparing and reporting on Tender Documents
  • Contract Administration and Cost Control
  • Conducting Interim Valuations and preparing Cost Reports
  • Advising on Contracts and Disputes
  • Final Account Preparation

About You

The ideal candidate will bring:

  • A Degree in Quantity Surveying
  • Proven experience with JCT Design and Build contracts
  • A strong track record in Logistics, Industrial, and Warehouse projects
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • A full driving licence and access to a car (preferred for site visits and external meetings)
