As a Document Controller, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth flow of information and documentation within the organization. Your primary objective will be to maintain a systematic and efficient document control system, ensuring that all project documents are accurate, up-to-date, and readily accessible to authorized team members and external partners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Document Management: Receive, log, and organize incoming and outgoing project documents, including drawings, specifications, reports, and correspondence. Maintain an organized electronic and physical filing system for easy retrieval of documents.
- Version Control: Ensure that all project documents are properly version-controlled to prevent errors and discrepancies. Keep track of revisions and updates, maintaining a clear record of document history.
