Job Advert Senior Mechanical Building Services Engineer
Location: Warrington
Rate: Dependent upon experience Outside IR35
We re working with a successful MEP design and build contractor specialising in the Food Production and Pharmaceutical sectors. They have an immediate requirement for a Senior Mechanical Building Services Engineer to join their growing in–house design department. This is a fantastic opportunity to work as part of a collaborative team delivering innovative Mechanical, HVAC and Electrical services for high–profile projects.
The Role
- Leading the mechanical design of building services systems across a range of projects
- Producing detailed designs, specifications and technical reports
- Coordinating with Revit technicians, Electrical engineers and other disciplines
- Attending design meetings and liaising with clients to ensure project requirements are met
- Providing technical guidance and mentoring to junior engineers
About You
- Proven experience as a Mechanical Engineer within building services
- Strong background in HVAC and general mechanical systems design
- Knowledge of industry standards, regulations and best practice
- Experience within the Food Production or Pharmaceutical sector is highly desirable
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
