I have an exceptional opportunity for a passionate QS to join a thriving and esteemed Construction Consultancy. They are looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to spearhead the forefront of large Residential and Housing Projects throughout the Northwest. This role presents a remarkable chance for a SQS who can take responsibility for their own projects, acting as the sole contact with the client. Given the prevailing trends in procurement, it is essential for the candidate to possess the skills and experience necessary to excel in the role of Employer's Agent.
The Senior Quantity Surveyor:
- Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or a similar technical discipline
- A minimum of 4/5 years' experience
- Have previously undertaken the role of Employers Agent would be advantageous
- Feasibility and cost planning, procurement advice, tender documentation and post contract services
- Previously employed by a consultancy or end user client
- Residential or Housing experience preferred
- Stakeholder management with a clear focus on developing client accounts and forging new business relationships
- A track record of working with teams and managing projects by prioritising workloads and delivering deadlines
- A team player, outgoing, flexible, enthusiastic and ambitious
