What You’ll Be Doing
As a Senior MEP Technician, you’ll be responsible for delivering high-quality MEP models and drawings using AutoCAD. You’ll work closely with in-house Engineers and external design teams, contributing to the successful delivery of coordinated design packages across a variety of projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop MEP models and produce coordinated drawings using AutoCAD
- Maintain and apply design standards and best practices
- Assist in implementing design processes and workflows across the business
- Support Engineers with design coordination, clash detection, and drawing outputs
- Attend and contribute to design coordination meetings across disciplines
- Work to project deadlines while maintaining high standards of quality and accuracy
About You
- Proven experience as a Building Services Technician within a consultancy or contractor environment
- Strong working knowledge of AutoCAD
- Ability to coordinate MEP services with structural and architectural teams
- Comfortable liaising with engineers, architects, and wider project stakeholders
- A proactive attitude and strong communication skills
- Passion for quality design and continuous improvement in digital delivery
