Are you a recruiter at heart but creative in spirit? Burnt out from cold calls and KPIs, but obsessed with personal branding, storytelling, and social media? Vertical Drop is on the hunt for a Podcast Producer — someone who knows how to manage people, build relationships, and deliver high-quality content… but now wants to do that in the podcasting world. This is a role for someone ready to pivot, who’s worked in the recruitment or talent industry and knows what it means to hustle, keep projects moving, and engage people — but craves a more creatively fulfilling, influence-driven role.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Overseeing the end-to-end production of up to 10 different podcasts
  • Booking and liaising with guests — making sure they’re briefed, excited, and show up
  • Acting as the bridge between clients, hosts, and the studio
  • Owning guest experience on shoot days in our Clerkenwell studio
  • Managing calendars and coordinating production schedules
  • Helping drive outreach and marketing campaigns across social and audio platforms
  • Ensuring each show is on-brand, on-message, and gets in front of the right audience
