Are you a recruiter at heart but creative in spirit? Burnt out from cold calls and KPIs, but obsessed with personal branding, storytelling, and social media? Vertical Drop is on the hunt for a Podcast Producer – someone who knows how to manage people, build relationships, and deliver high-quality content but now wants to do that in the podcasting world.
This is a role for someone ready to pivot, who’s worked in the recruitment or talent industry and knows what it means to hustle, keep projects moving, and engage people – but craves a more creatively fulfilling, influence-driven role.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Overseeing the end-to-end production of up to 10 different podcasts
- Booking and liaising with guests – making sure they’re briefed, excited, and show up
- Acting as the bridge between clients, hosts, and the studio
- Owning guest experience on shoot days in our Clerkenwell studio
- Managing calendars and coordinating production schedules
- Helping drive outreach and marketing campaigns across social and audio platforms
- Ensuring each show is on-brand, on-message, and gets in front of the right audience
What We’re Looking For
- A background in recruitment but ready for a creative shift
- Passion for podcasts, personal branding and influencer culture
- Strong project management and people skills
- Comfortable in fast-paced environments where you’re juggling guests, calendars, and content
- Confident communicator – via email, on the phone, and in the studio
- Based in or near London, and available to attend studio days in Clerkenwell
- Social media savvy – bonus points for any content or podcast experience
