Join us as Head of Property to help us to achieve our mission of pioneering electric aviation. What success will look like for you as Head of Property? As Head of Property, you will oversee the management, acquisition, and development of the company\’s property portfolio that we require to develop, test, and build our VX4 aircraft. The role requires strategic planning, leadership, and operational management to achieve the overall business objectives. You will lead the acquisition and disposal of properties, including negotiations, due diligence, and transaction management. Manage property development projects from inception to completion; ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. You will also be responsible for preparing and managing the property budget, monitoring financial performance, and ensuring cost-effective operations. What we would like you to bring? To be successful in your role, you will need to have experience in acquiring, developing, and maintaining facilities within a manufacturing environment. A proven track record of managing large property portfolios and leading development projects with strong financial acumen and budget management is essential. Experience in a senior leadership role is required. A Bachelor\’s degree in Property Management or a related field and professional certification in property management are also necessary.
