Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage all inbound operations, including goods-in, good out, deliveries and stock movement with accurate booking and SLA adherence
  • Inspire, coach and develop warehouse team members, fostering a safe, engaged and high-performance working culture
  • Maintain robust quality control standards across all inbound and warehouse processes
  • Partner with other departments to ensure smooth operational flow and exceptional customer outcomes
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, productivity and service levels
  • Monitor and analyse operational performance metrics, taking action to achieve and exceed targets
  • Ensure stock accuracy and replenishment processes are maintained to support operational demand
  • Support resource planning to meet changing business volumes and priorities

Requirements

  • Proven experience managing teams in a fast-paced warehouse environment
  • Exceptional leadership and people management skills with strong communication abilities
  • Solid understanding of people management processes including absence and performance management
  • Strong organisational and multitasking abilities with a commitment to accuracy, quality and safety
  • Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) is preferred
  • Forklift certification is advantageous
