You will take full operational and commercial ownership of the UK and global markets, working directly with the EMEA eCommerce Lead.This is a rare chance to step away from juggling dozens of agency clients and instead focus deeply on scaling a dedicated portfolio of industry-leading products within a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.What You’ll Be DoingManaging and optimizing Amazon Vendor Central operations (alongside Seller Central) to ensure digital shelf excellenceDriving revenue growth through marketplace optimization and commercial strategyMonitoring account performance and identifying daily opportunities for improvementOptimizing product listings, content, catalog performance, and variationsSupporting Amazon advertising activity (AVS, SAS) alongside internal teams and external agenciesMonitoring account health, inventory performance, and operational metricsAnalyzing marketplace data to provide actionable recommendationsCoordinating new product launches and assortment management across your designated regionsWhat We’re Looking ForEssentialMinimum 3-5 years of experience in e-commerce, preferably managing Amazon accountsHands-on experience with Amazon Vendor Central and/or Seller CentralA Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related fieldCommercially minded with strong analytical skills and PC proficiency (PowerBI is a plus!)Excellent English communication and stakeholder management xsabvtc abilitiesA self-starter who is comfortable working collaboratively within a fast-paced environmentDesirablePrevious experience in the FMCG, health, or beauty sectorsExperience operating across international marketplacesWhy Join & What’s On OfferCompetitive Salary: 50,000 – 65,000Location: Greater London (2dpw in office)In-House Move: Opportunity to join a well-established, globally recognized consumer brandSignificant Ownership: Autonomy to drive the strategy for the UK and global marketsCollaborative Culture: A supportive working environment with cross-functional international teamsProgression: Clear opportunities for professional development as the business continues to invest heavily in its Amazon channels
