A fast-growing consumer healthcare business with a global presence is seeking a strategic and creative Digital Marketing Manager to support one of its fastest-growing brands. The business operates across multiple international markets and is recognised for its focus on quality, transparency, sustainability and consumer wellbeing. This role will play a key part in accelerating digital growth, with responsibility for organic social media, email marketing, seasonal promotional campaigns and SEO. This position is well suited to someone who enjoys balancing strategy with hands‑on execution, thrives in a fast‑paced environment and is motivated by building consumer engagement while delivering measurable results.
Key Responsibilities
- Organic Social Media
- Develop and manage monthly content calendars across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and similar platforms
- Create engaging, educational, wellness‑led content aligned with brand values
- Collaborate with design and content teams to deliver high‑quality visual and video assets
- Manage community engagement and respond to comments and messages
- Track platform trends and performance metrics, optimising strategy accordingly
- Email Marketing
- Plan and execute email marketing strategies to drive engagement and customer lifetime value
- Ensure data accuracy and GDPR compliance
- Analyse performance and share insights to improve retention
- Promotional Campaigns
- Lead multi‑channel promotional campaigns across key seasonal and trading moments
- Coordinate messaging, assets and timelines across email, social and website
- Partner with product, design and e‑commerce teams to ensure alignment
- Monitor performance, optimise ROI and deliver post‑campaign analysis
- SEO
- Optimise website and blog content for search performance
- Conduct keyword research for product pages and educational content
- Produce SEO‑led articles and landing pages
Experience & Requirements
- 3–4 years’ experience in digital marketing, ideally within e‑commerce or consumer healthcare
- Native‑level English with strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong understanding of organic social media strategy and content creation
- Hands‑on experience with email platforms such as Klaviyo or HubSpot
- Strong organisational, analytical and project management skills
- Genuine interest in consumer healthcare and wellbeing
