We are hiring for a dynamic and fast-growing FMCG company with a portfolio of high-demand consumer products available across major retail and wholesale channels. As the Senior Supply Chain Manager you will be in charge of leading the business into its next phase of operational excellence.
The Role
As the Senior Supply Chain Manager you will take full ownership of the end-to-end supply chain strategy — with a sharp focus on customer supply, planning, and continuous process improvement. You\'ll lead cross-functional teams to ensure our products are always available where and when they\'re needed, while building a supply chain that is agile, efficient, and customer-centric.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Supply Excellence
- Lead customer supply operations to ensure OTIF (On-Time, In-Full) delivery across all customer channels
- Develop strong relationships with retail and distribution partners to understand demand and exceed service expectations
- Partner closely with commercial teams to anticipate changes in demand and respond with speed and flexibility
- Planning & Forecasting
- Oversee integrated demand and supply planning, ensuring accurate forecasting and supply alignment with sales and marketing plans
- Lead S&OP processes to drive cross-functional consensus and data-driven decision making
- Monitor performance against forecast and drive continuous improvements in accuracy and responsiveness
- Process Improvement & Operational Efficiency
- Identify and implement process improvements across procurement, planning, logistics, and customer service to reduce cost, increase speed, and improve reliability
- Leverage data, KPIs, and technology to streamline operations and enhance visibility across the supply chain
- Lead digital transformation initiatives to improve planning, reporting, and real-time responsiveness
