A great opportunity at a high growth FMCG to develop and support the execution of strategic shopper marketing initiatives that improve the visibility of their brands in retail (in store and online) environments whilst driving sales and enhancing the shopper experience. The purpose of the role is to increase the awareness of their brands at the point of purchase, instore and online. Key Responsibilities/Accountabilities: • Increase efficiency and effectiveness of retail media spend across the UK & Irish retail market • Manage retail media shopper marketing agency relationship and customer media houses network • Utilize data on to understand the impact of campaigns and activations, to allow further refinement • Line management of 1x direct reports • Engage, network and influence key omni-channel retailer contacts • Manage and monitor the shopper marketing budget, to improve ROI and accurate financial control. • Identify opportunities for process improvement and innovation in execution Candidate Requirements: • 8+ Years of FMCG shopper marketing experience • Experience of managing 3rd party retailer media agencies • Line management experience • Strong numeracy and analytical skills • Experience of matrix working • Entrepreneurial and commercial thinking Salary up to £68,000 base, with a £5,000 car allowance and 15% bonus.
