We are looking for a Senior Procurement Manager who will lead direct procurement categories across the EMEA region, focusing on uninterrupted supply, service excellence, and cost optimization. This role requires strategic category planning, cross-functional collaboration, and supplier relationship management to drive long-term value.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Ensure continuous supply to support category growth and business needs.
  • Develop and execute category strategies tailored to regional requirements.
  • Lead and manage high-level negotiations with key suppliers across EMEA.
  • Conduct in-depth market and category analysis, including pricing, capacity, and risk factors.
  • Drive Cost of Goods optimization through tenders, RFQs, and compliance processes.
  • Oversee invoice processing and resolve discrepancies to meet service levels.
  • Build and manage supplier relationships for improved service and performance.
  • Handle financial aspects such as cost accruals and claims management.
  • Evaluate supplier innovations and capabilities.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

  • Degree or equivalent working experience.
  • 6–8 years’ procurement experience in an FMCG environment.
  • Proven negotiation and facilitation skills.
  • Proficiency with SAP systems.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret large datasets and provide actionable insights.
  • Excellent cross-functional and intercultural communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and project management abilities.
  • Familiarity with lean manufacturing and continuous improvement principles.
  • Track record of process improvement in purchasing.

This is a hybrid role where you'll be expected to be in the office 2 times a week. The salary banding is from Β£69,000 - Β£75,000 + 10% car allowance, bonus and benefits. Unfortunately, sponsorship is not available for this position. Apply now for more information.
