Salary – £60,000 - £65,000 + Bonus + Benefits

Location: London Area / Hybrid (c.3 days a week in the office)

I’m partnering with a well-established, industry-leading organisation operating at the heart of the UK retail ecosystem to appoint an Snr. National Account Manager – Retail on a fixed-term contract. This is a strategic, stakeholder-facing role focused on strengthening senior retail relationships, leading priority sector initiatives, and driving adoption of industry-wide standards and innovation programmes.

The Role

  • Lead a portfolio of priority retail accounts and strategic initiatives
  • Build and own relationships with senior stakeholders across major UK retailers
  • Drive adoption of next-generation identification and digital transformation initiatives
  • Support expansion into priority retail categories
  • Manage an established senior retail advisory group
  • Identify and progress commercial and partnership opportunities
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to align strategy with market priorities

About You

  • Proven account management or senior stakeholder experience within or alongside large retailers
  • Strong understanding of the UK retail landscape
  • Commercially aware with experience developing opportunities through relationships
  • Confident engaging and influencing senior leaders
  • Comfortable navigating complexity and driving delivery
  • Strategic, collaborative, and solutions-focused
