Key Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a small team (NAM + NAE), coaching for performance and growth.
- Manage key national retail accounts with full P&L responsibility (~£2.5m).
- Build long-term, collaborative relationships with major customers.
- Lead Joint Business Planning (JBP), promotional strategy, and range reviews.
- Identify new business opportunities and deliver sustainable revenue growth.
- Work closely with internal teams (marketing, supply, finance, etc.) to ensure commercial alignment.
- Deliver compelling commercial propositions, using insights to shape strategy.
- Drive in-store and online execution with a focus on best-in-class shopper marketing.
- Support the delivery of innovation and NPD initiatives with retail partners.
Requirements
- Proven experience managing major UK retailers at Senior NAM or NAM level - ideally in wellness, healthcare, supplements, OTC, or adjacent categories.
- Strong commercial acumen and experience owning P&L.
- Track record of delivering results in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
- Confident communicator and relationship builder, both internally and externally.
- Experience managing and developing direct reports is desirable.
- Skilled in strategic planning, JBP, forecasting, and data-led decision making.
- Energetic, driven, and passionate about improving consumer health and wellbeing.
