As the business grows, they’re looking for a commercially driven Senior National Account Manager to help shape the next phase of success across the grocery channel.
What You’ll Do:
- Develop and grow strategic partnerships with key grocery retailers
- Lead day-to-day management of accounts with exceptional service and support
- Drive Joint Business Planning to ensure long-term, sustainable growth
- Negotiate commercial terms, enhancing visibility, assortment, and profitability
- Build and execute a strategy to win new business
- Monitor category trends and market activity to stay ahead of the curve
- Act as a brand ambassador, representing our values and quality
- Take full P&L ownership and deliver against commercial KPIs
What You’ll Bring:
- 5+ years’ experience in FMCG with a strong track record in national account management
- Experience working with the UK’s top 4 grocers
- Strong commercial and financial acumen
- Confident in using shopper and category data to shape strategy
- Excellent communicator and presenter with strong interpersonal skills
- Collaborative, forward-thinking, and target-driven
