As Senior Digital Shelf Specialist, you’ll play a key role in driving visibility, engagement, and conversion across major retailer websites - from optimising product content to managing syndication and analysing performance. Working closely with cross-functional teams across Europe, you’ll lead projects that directly influence online sales growth and brand impact.
The Role
- Manage and optimise the company’s digital shelf programme and syndication networks.
- Develop and execute best-in-class content optimisation strategies aligned to brand identity.
- Collaborate with agency partners to enhance PDPs and maximise ROI on content investments.
- Scale reviews and assets through platforms like Brandbank, BazaarVoice, and Salsify.
- Monitor and report on key metrics using Profitero and other performance tools.
- Identify insights and recommend strategies to improve online visibility and conversion.
- Enable and upskill marketing teams to get the most from their digital shelf presence.
- Continuously improve processes and tools to streamline content creation workflows.
About You
- 4+ years’ experience in digital shelf or content management, ideally within FMCG or consumer goods.
- Strong understanding of PDP performance drivers – search rank, SEO, conversion rate, mobile optimisation, etc.
- Hands‑on experience managing Amazon or other major retailer platforms.
- Confident working with content syndication tools (e.g. Brandbank, BazaarVoice, Salsify).
- Excellent project management, analytical and stakeholder management skills.
- Comfortable working cross-functionally with UK and European teams.
