We’re hiring a Junior Account Manager at a fast growing marketing services business to support the delivery of marketing campaigns for well-known consumer brands. This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their client services or account management career who wants hands-on experience working with brand activations, cross-functional delivery teams and performance-driven marketing services in a dynamic, scaling environment. You’ll work collaboratively to ensure campaigns are delivered smoothly, clients are well supported, and long-term relationships continue to grow.
The Role
- Support day-to-day relationships with a portfolio of client accounts, helping to ensure strong communication, engagement and satisfaction.
- Assist in the delivery of marketing campaigns and brand activations, coordinating with internal teams such as Strategy, Design, Media, Tech and Operations.
- Track campaign performance and help prepare reports, insights and updates for clients.
- Support client onboarding and ongoing engagement, ensuring clients understand services, timelines and best practices.
- Respond to client queries and requests, resolving issues or escalating where appropriate.
- Capture client feedback and share insights internally to help improve services and delivery.
- Support account growth through renewals, upsell opportunities and increased campaign activity.
- Contribute to improving internal processes as the business scales.
