Our client, a leading international business within the FMCG and industrial supply chain sector, is looking for a HSEQR Coordinator to join their growing team. This role reports to the HSEQR Manager and plays an integral part in ensuring regulatory compliance, risk management, quality assurance, and sustainability across the organisation. Working closely with the Supply Chain team, the successful candidate will support the development of effective, sustainable operational solutions, maintain compliance, and drive continuous improvement initiatives across the business.
Overview
Responsibilities
- Conduct risk and regulatory assessments for new products and suppliers.
- Support the onboarding process for new business, ensuring compliance and smooth integration.
- Monitor and review controlled products to maintain secure, compliant transactions across the value chain.
- Utilise ERP, CRM, and data management systems to manage product and supplier information.
- Assist the HSEQR Manager with internal and external business queries and prepare professional communications.
- Build strong working relationships with internal stakeholders, customers, and suppliers.
- Support the development and maintenance of company certifications and management systems, including ISO9001, ISO14001, BRC, UFAS, Ecovadis, Sedex, ISCC+, Organic, RSPO, and MHRA.
Requirements
- Professional and detail-oriented, with strong organisational and time management skills.
- Experienced in using business systems to manage data and workflows.
- Background in regulatory, quality, or sustainability functions.
- Experience within Pharmaceutical, Food & Nutrition, Personal Care, Healthcare, or Industrial sectors is desirable.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
