We're working with a well established national charity to find a brilliantly organised Sales Coordinator to join their Fundraising team.

The role

You'll provide high-quality administrative and operational support to our client's Sales team, freeing them up to focus on income generation and supporter engagement.

No two days are the same, you'll be at the heart of a busy, fast-paced team that raises millions each year through a packed calendar of events.

  • What you'll be doing
  • Managing event bookings, changes and confirmations
  • Owning award-point administration and reporting
  • Supporting the Head of Sales with weekly sales reporting
  • Chasing and adding purchase orders to the CRM
  • Co-ordinating fundraising committee meetings, attendance and slides
  • Managing a shared inbox and handling supporter enquiries
  • Supporting with raffle prizes and owning the delivery of auction prizes
  • Chasing event re-bookers
  • Adding gifts-in-kind and updating donations on the CRM
  • Assisting with finance queries, including aged debt
  • Supporting the wider Sales team with account-led enquiries

  • Strong organisation and prioritisation, comfortable juggling multiple deadlines and workstreams
  • Friendly, clear and professional communication with supporters and colleagues
  • Excellent attention to detail across bookings, payments and records
  • A warm, problem-solving approach to customer service
  • A collaborative team player who works well across functions
  • An understanding of data confidentiality and following internal processes
  • Initiative to resolve simple issues and the judgement to know when to
  • Confident with Microsoft Office and comfortable updating a CRM or booking system
