A leading independent media agency is hiring a Programmatic Manager to work on one of their key clients in the betting industry. The agency is known for its rapid growth, award-winning culture, and commitment to creativity, innovation, and development.
About the Role:
As Programmatic Manager, you will plan, execute, and optimize programmatic campaigns end-to-end. You’ll work closely with Planning, Data, and other activation teams (Paid Social, AV, Search) to ensure integrated, effective delivery. Your focus will be on using programmatic to meet business goals across both brand and performance objectives. This is a hands-on, client-facing role where you’ll also play a strategic part in measurement, attribution, and data visualization. You’ll manage vendor relationships and bring new tech and data partnerships into the agency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own full campaign process from planning to reporting
- Translate client briefs into data-driven programmatic strategies
- Optimize across multiple DSPs (DV360, StackAdapt, Adform preferred)
- Lead onboarding and setup for new clients
- Monitor and test the latest ad products and tracking tech
- Contribute to training, internal processes, and pitch activity
About You:
- 3+ years’ programmatic experience, ideally with agency-side exposure
- Strong trading and strategic planning capabilities
- Technically proficient across major DSPs and tagging systems (e.g., CM360)
- Skilled in analytics, measurement frameworks, and performance reporting
- Collaborative, proactive, and detail-oriented
- Confident communicator and presenter
- Comfortable managing client relationships and multi-channel integration
- Passionate about digital marketing and eager to grow
