We\'re looking for a motivated, hands-on Performance Media Manager to take the lead on a high-growth, Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) e-commerce web shop business in the health & nutrition space. This is a hands-on role where your expertise will directly contribute to unlocking the next stage of commercial growth.

Responsibility:

  • Own the Performance: Play a hands-on role in planning, setting up, and monitoring high-converting performance campaigns across Google, Meta, TikTok, and others.
  • Drive Commercial Targets: Focus relentlessly on driving quality, high-converting traffic and optimising campaigns based on commercial performance and return on investment (ROI).
  • Strategic Execution: Utilise tools like PMAX, Campaign Manager, and Google Ads for flawless execution and data-based optimisation.
  • Cross-Functional Partnership: Work closely with D2C trading and creative teams to align plans, manage the budget in real-time with finance, and drive the agenda for mid- and upper-funnel campaigns.
  • Stay Ahead of the Curve: Monitor market trends and policy changes (Facebook, Google, TikTok) to proactively drive necessary changes across the business.
  • Team Contribution: Play a supporting role in broader cross-functional media discussions (e.g., attribution, best practices) and act as a managerial figure within the D2C sales team, flowing to opportunities as needed.

Requirement:

  • Experience: At least 5 years’ experience managing performance channels, with a strong focus on Google and Meta tools.
  • Background: Demonstrable experience in a DTC, retail, or agency environment where the business sold directly to the consumer.
  • Expertise: Demonstrable experience in setting and delivering performance plans, budget management, and strong financial governance.
  • Mindset: An entrepreneurial spirit, hands-on mentality, and a curious, innovative approach to building new capability in performance channels.
  • Skills: Strong critical and strategic thinking, problem-solving abilities, and experience working in cross-functional teams and managing multiple stakeholders
