Sector: Retail / eComm
A blue-chip retail business with a strong portfolio of non-food consumer brands is looking for a Performance Marketing Manager to accelerate digital growth across pureplay, marketplace, and omnichannel retail partners.
Digital commerce is a key strategic priority for the business. With a newly appointed Head of Digital Commerce driving significant investment, this is an exciting opportunity to shape the next phase of growth and help establish a best-in-class retail marketing function.
As Performance Marketing Manager, you’ll be responsible for developing and executing high-impact performance marketing campaigns across paid channels, CRM, and onsite retail media. Working closely with Trading, Marketing, and eCommerce teams, you’ll ensure that category plans and media strategies are aligned to deliver visibility, conversion, and sales growth across multiple retail channels.
We’re looking for a data-driven, commercially minded marketer with experience managing large digital budgets (7–8 figures) and leveraging analytics, technology, and automation to maximise ROI. You’ll likely come from a retail or consumer goods background where you’ve driven digital performance and partnered closely with trading and merchandising teams.
You’ll need the confidence to influence senior stakeholders, including the C-suite, and the strategic mindset to lead the business forward from a digital perspective. This is a chance to make a tangible impact on how one of the UK’s most recognisable retail brands connects with its customers online.
