- Identify and target new audiences with tailored creative content, covering a broad range of our target market.
- Manage workflows across the business, collaborating with a freelance videographer and potentially an agency, while exploring opportunities to bring content creation in-house.

- A creative thinker with experience in both paid and organic content, comfortable managing shoots and working with videographers or agencies.
- Proactive and adaptable, thriving in an environment with lots of change and owning processes from start to finish.
- Experience with META ads is a must; familiarity with Sprinklr or similar tools is a plus.
- A collaborative leader who can inspire a team, refine ideas, and turn concepts into actionable assets.
What’s on Offer:
- A salary of £35,000 - £45,000, commensurate with experience.
