We’re looking for a Packaging Technologist to support packaging development and validation across the EMEA region. You’ll work with internal teams and external partners to deliver safe, sustainable, and cost-effective packaging solutions that meet product and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and validate packaging solutions for multiple formats.
- Maintain packaging specifications, data, and documentation.
- Coordinate packaging trials and support supplier audits.
- Drive sustainability and value engineering initiatives.
- Resolve packaging-related quality and performance issues.
What You’ll Bring:
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Proven experience in packaging development from a FMCG environment.
- Good organisational and project management abilities.
- Experience working cross-functionally in manufacturing or supply chain.

This is a hybrid role where you will be expected to be in the office 2-3 times per week. The salary banding for this is £60,000 - £65,000 + bonus and benefits.
