Role Overview
Act as the primary point of contact for customers, managing order processing through the ERP system, handling queries and complaints, and ensuring timely communication on pricing and delivery. Build strong relationships with customers and internal teams while maintaining accurate records, working efficiently, and supporting overall team performance.
