Location: Central London Office days: 3d/week in office The core objective of this position is to support the Head of Product Development in cultivating a pipeline of successful new offerings that will significantly enhance business performance. Working across a diverse portfolio of personal care and beauty brands, you\’ll be responsible for generating impactful consumer insights , as well as novel product concepts . A key part of your role will be ensuring the successful launch of these new products in collaboration with Marketing, Research & Development, Procurement, Project Management, and Manufacturing teams. Drive global and local innovation initiatives, including long-term planning and delivering new products across our personal care, healthcare, and beauty brand portfolio. Crafting compelling innovation strategies and pipeline, conducting market and competitor analysis to identify opportunity, testing innovative ideas with consumers, and assessing financial viability (Gross Margin). Preferably a Junior Innovation Manager, or a Marketer with extensive experience in consumer goods (personal care and beauty). Demonstrated track record in contributing to the delivery of strategic new product development that shows measurable success. Able to analyze and interpret data to inform decisions. Demonstrates commercial and financial awareness.
