We’re partnering with a leading global consumer goods brand in their search for a commercially savvy National Account Manager to take ownership of key pureplay eCommerce accounts across Europe and Africa. This is a high-impact regional role with full responsibility for managing and developing strategic online retail relationships to drive growth and market share.

The Role: As National Account Manager, you will lead the commercial strategy and day-to-day management of major online retail partners across core markets such as Italy, Spain, and beyond. You’ll be responsible for building strong retailer relationships, delivering joint business plans, managing trade spend, and executing high-impact promotional and media campaigns. You’ll work cross-functionally with internal stakeholders and local distributor teams to maximise performance, ensure operational excellence, and identify opportunities to scale digital sales. Success in this role will require an entrepreneurial mindset, ownership of the eCommerce P&L, and a proven ability to influence across a matrixed organisation.

  • Own the relationship and performance of key pureplay eRetailers across the region
  • Develop and execute customer-specific business plans, promotions, and joint growth initiatives
  • Deliver accurate forecasts, manage pricing strategies, and lead the trade investment agenda
  • Use data and shopper insights to inform decisions and improve customer engagement
  • Collaborate with marketing, supply chain, and finance to ensure seamless execution
  • Support the digital development of distributor-led accounts through planning and performance tracking
  • Report on regional KPIs and provide clear commercial updates to senior stakeholders

What We’re Looking For:

  • Strong experience managing pureplay or omnichannel eCommerce accounts (e.g., Amazon, Zalando, or similar)
  • Track record of delivering results in account management, eCommerce, or trade marketing
  • Excellent commercial and negotiation skills with solid P&L understanding
  • Analytical, data-driven mindset with the ability to spot and act on growth opportunities
  • Confident communicator and relationship builder with international exposure
  • Well-organised, agile, and capable of managing multiple priorities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and commercial reporting tools
  • Comfortable with regional travel as needed
