We’re working with a pioneering protein and recovery nutrition brand that has been leading the way in the ready-to-drink protein category for over 20 years. To support their ambitious growth plans, they are looking to hire a National Account Manager to manage and develop key Grocery retail accounts.
The Role
You’ll be joining a small, entrepreneurial team where you’ll have high visibility and autonomy to make an impact. Reporting to the Head of Commercial, you’ll play a key role in driving commercial success across major retail partners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own and manage strategic grocery retail accounts
- Develop and deliver commercial plans that hit sales and profitability targets
- Lead JBP development and terms negotiations
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, NPD, and Supply Chain
- Use data and insights to drive growth and identify new opportunities
- Provide account performance reporting to senior stakeholders
- Support junior colleagues and contribute to a positive, high-performing team culture
The Person
We\’re looking for someone with:
- 2+ years\’ experience managing grocery retail accounts within FMCG
- Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management ability
- Analytical mindset with experience using data to inform strategy
- Collaborative, proactive, and organised approach
- A genuine passion for health, fitness, and nutrition is a bonus!
