Our client, a fast-growing and innovative FMCG brand, is looking for a National Account Executive – Amazon to join their dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with around 1–2 years of experience in eCommerce or commercial account management, ideally within a consumer goods business who’s eager to grow their career in the digital retail space.

You’ll play a key role in driving growth across Amazon, collaborating closely with the E-commerce Growth Manager to deliver exceptional results, optimise performance, and support the wider digital strategy.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the development and execution of Amazon growth strategies
  • Analyse weekly performance, identifying insights, risks, and opportunities
  • Brief creative assets for PDPs, A+ content, Brand Store, and campaigns
  • Optimise AMS and Citrus Ads, including keyword updates and performance reviews
  • Manage forecasting and ensure healthy stock levels with zero out-of-stocks
  • Track competitor activity and provide actionable recommendations
  • Collaborate on innovation opportunities and new product launches
  • Respond to customer queries and support daily operational excellence

Requirements:

  • ~1–2 years’ experience in eCommerce or a commercial FMCG role, ideally with hands-on Amazon experience
  • Strong analytical and communication skills
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive and collaborative approach
  • Ambitious, detail-oriented, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
