This hybrid working opportunity is with a well-established, market-leading FMCG business that operates across a broad retail landscape and partners with some of the UK's largest and most influential customers. As part of an ambitious growth strategy, the organisation is investing heavily in its commercial function and is seeking an experienced sales leader to take ownership of key strategic retail partnerships and drive sustainable, profitable growth.

Our client's retail business continues to deliver strong growth across multiple channels and customer groups. With an established presence among major national retailers and a pipeline of strategic opportunities, we are seeking an experienced commercial leader to take ownership of their Sainsburys business.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing best-in-class customer strategies, delivering revenue and profit targets, and ensuring the business maintains strong, collaborative partnerships with its customers. This role requires an individual who can operate effectively at both a strategic and operational level, influencing stakeholders across sales, marketing, supply chain, and finance functions.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Own a portfolio of strategic retail customer relationships, with full accountability for revenue growth, profitability, and P&L management.
