We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Master Data Analyst to join our dynamic FMCG business in London. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the integrity, accuracy, and consistency of master data across multiple systems, supporting business operations and decision-making. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams while driving continuous improvements in data governance and processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain master data
  • Ensure accuracy, completeness, and standardisation of data across business functions.
  • Support new product introductions, product lifecycle management, and pricing updates.
  • Develop and enforce data governance policies and procedures in alignment with business needs.
  • Collaborate with supply chain, sales, marketing, and finance teams to deliver high-quality data for reporting and analysis.
  • Monitor data quality and perform regular audits to identify and correct discrepancies.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to improve data management processes.
  • Act as the subject matter expert for master data, supporting system upgrades and business transformation projects.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or related field.
  • 3+ years’ experience in a master data, data management, or data governance role within FMCG or a similar fast-paced industry.
  • Strong knowledge of ERP systems (e.g., SAP highly advantageous).
  • Proficient in Excel and data analysis tools; familiarity with Power BI is an advantage.
  • Excellent attention to detail with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

This is a hybrid role where you will work 2 days a week in the office.

Salary banding is £35,000 - £45,000 + 10% bonus, pension, healthcare
