Join a fast‑moving FMCG brand where Supply Planners are the heartbeat of the operation. A well-known SME FMCG brand is looking for an accomplished Supply Chain Planner to join their team. As the Supply Planner you will be managing finished goods to ensure stock availability and optimizing inventory across your given region. You’ll collaborate with the other planning teams to support product launches and ensure customer demand is met.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Planning production across multiple sites and co‑packers
  • Making sure the right stock is in the right place at the right time
  • Working with demand planners, sales, and operations to keep service levels high
  • Using ERP/MRP tools (SAP, Dynamics, etc.) to drive accuracy and efficiency
  • Supporting new product launches and continuous improvement projects
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
  • Experience in supply planning OR strong background in production planning with proven ability to manage MRP/ERP systems, balance capacity and inventory, and deliver high service levels
  • Hands‑on with ERP/MRP systems and confident with Excel/BI tools
  • Someone who thrives in a fast‑moving environment and loves solving problems
  • Strong communicator with the ability to build and maintain relationships with factories, co‑packers, and manufacturing partners — whether external or internal

Competitive package: £49K base + 12.5% bonus. This is a hybrid role where you will be expected to be in the office 2 – 3 times a week. West London / M4 Corridor / Home Counties. Apply now for more information!
