A well known SME FMCG brand is looking for an accomplished Supply Chain Planner to join their team. As the Supply Planner you will be managing finished goods to ensure stock availability and optimizing inventory across your given region. You’ll collaborate with the other planning teams to support product launches and ensure customer demand is met.

Prepare and track short- and long-term supply plans to ensure stock availability while meeting inventory targets. Confirm purchase orders with co-packers, including delivery dates, quantities, and bill of materials. Identify and report risks related to slow-moving or obsolete stock, working closely with cross-functional teams. Monitor potential stock-outs due to production delays or changes in demand and take action to mitigate risks. Collaborate with product development teams to support new product launches and ensure timely project delivery. Conduct root cause analysis on relevant KPIs, such as inventory turns and plan compliance.

Proven supply planning experience ideally in the FMCG space. Strong Microsoft Excel skills. This is a hybrid role where you will be expected to be in the office 2-3 times per week. The salary bracket is £40,000 - £50,000 + bonus and benefits.
