Are you an experienced IT professional with a passion for integration and supply chain systems? We are looking for a Senior IT Integration Analyst to join a fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) company’s European-wide IT team, supporting global operations and complex supply chains. You will act as a critical link between SAP technical teams, IT teams, and business stakeholders, ensuring seamless integration across multiple supply chains and operational systems. This includes working with factories, warehouses, and third-party logistics providers, supporting SAP and non-SAP systems while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver, support, and enhance SAP and non-SAP system integrations across global supply chains.
- Facilitate workshops, document solutions, and provide development support for operational systems.
- Troubleshoot integration issues to ensure minimal disruption to business operations.
- Maintain technical documentation and support user acceptance testing (UAT) and training.
- Participate in European and global SAP/IT projects, driving continuous improvement.
- Stay up to date on SAP technologies and integration best practices.
Skills & Experience:
- 5–10+ years of IT integration experience in supply chain environments (FMCG experience preferred).
- Hands-on experience with SAP S4/Hana, SAP BTP, SAP GRC, and integration tools.
- Knowledge of EDI standards (Tradacoms, ANSI X12, Edifact) and communication methods (FTP, SFTP, VAN, AS2).
- Experience with non-SAP systems such as MES or warehouse scanning systems.
- ITIL certification or experience working within ITIL frameworks.
- Strong collaboration, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Global experience and comfort working across European teams (France/Germany).
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Systems, IT, or related discipline.
