About the Role

As Manufacturing Project Manager, you'll lead critical supply chain and operational projects from concept through to delivery, ensuring efficiency and quality at every stage. This role bridges operational strategy with practical execution, requiring you to influence stakeholders, develop teams and drive continuous improvement across the supply chain.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver projects on time and in full, managing new capacity and capability initiatives from ideation through to execution.
  • Design efficient supply chain solutions covering both physical and system flows aligned to company processes.
  • Manage scope and timing changes through formal change control processes.
  • Develop and deploy operational frameworks, completing thorough project reviews post-delivery.
  • Support new product introductions with focus on physical flow and system transactions.
  • Lead regional capacity projects, understanding local market knowledge and contributing to 3-year growth plans.
  • Engage with network design activities, collaborating with project teams and external partners.

Pay range and compensation package
