We’re seeking an experienced Senior NPD Project Manager to lead a dynamic team responsible for the end-to-end delivery of New Product Development (NPD), productivity, supply optimisation, and maintenance projects across the EMEA region. You will oversee a high volume of projects annually, working closely with cross-functional teams across multiple countries. You’ll also act as a key point of contact for manufacturing partners, ensuring projects land on time, in full, and to the highest standards. Key Responsibilities Lead the planning, scoping, and end-to-end delivery of innovation and optimisation projects across EMEA. Manage multiple workstreams concurrently, ensuring prioritisation and cross-functional alignment. Line-manage a team of 1–3 project managers, driving high performance and development. Conduct audits of project scoping and execution to uphold best practice standards. Balance diverse stakeholder needs while aligning on project goals and delivery timelines. Champion continuous improvement and drive efficiency in end-to-end project delivery. Analyse project performance data using Excel, Power BI or SAP. Key Skills & Experience Proven years of project management experience in FMCG or consumer goods environments. Proven track record in end-to-end NPD or commercialisation. Experience leading teams and managing cross-functional stakeholders across regions. Highly proficient in Excel; working knowledge of Power BI and/or SAP preferred. Strong communication, influence and negotiation skills. Meticulous attention to detail with a drive for quality and process adherence. Commercial awareness and the ability to link project goals with business outcomes. This is hybrid role where you'll be expected to be in the office 2 days a week. The salary bracket is £63,000 - £66,000 + 15% bonus, pension and healthcare. Sponsorship is not available for this position.
