NPD Project Manager - 12 Month Contract

Greater London | Hybrid

£50,000–£55,000 + Package

I have partnered with a growing leader in the drinks industry, seeking an experienced NPD Project Manager to lead new product development and commercialisation projects within a fast-paced, international environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead multiple NPD and commercialisation projects from concept through to launch.
  • Build and manage project plans, timelines, milestones and budgets.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams across Commercial, Technical, Supply Chain and Operations.
  • Manage risks, resolve issues and ensure projects remain on track.
  • Lead project meetings and provide clear updates to senior stakeholders.
  • Ensure projects progress through the required approval and governance stages.
  • Use project data and reporting to track performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Continuously improve project management processes and ways of working.

Experience

  • Experience in NPD, project management or commercialisation, ideally within FMCG, consumer goods or another fast-paced industry.
  • Proven experience managing projects from planning through to launch.
  • Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Excellent organisation and prioritisation skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical skills and confidence using Excel and project management systems.
  • A commercially minded, proactive and resilient approach.
  • The confidence to challenge stakeholders, solve problems and keep projects moving.
